George Pooley
George Pooley was educated at St Paul’s Cathedral School, London, and Marlborough College. He went on to attend the Universities of Newcastle upon Tyne and East Anglia, gaining an honours degree in Music, and then study further at the Britten Pears School, Aldeburgh, and privately at the Royal Academy of Music.
Much of his professional life has been spent in the Classical Music industry as a Tenor, both as a soloist, and also working with many of the world’s leading ensembles, orchestras and choirs. This work has allowed him to travel and work extensively throughout Europe, The Americas, and the Far East, whilst domestically he has given master classes and provided vocal tuition both peripatetically and privately.
A keen sportsman, he has played both rugby and football to a decent level, and minor counties cricket for Northumberland.

Matthew Craig
Matthew grew up overseas primarily in Kingston, Jamaica. At the age of twelve he came to London to continue his education as a Boarder at Mill Hill in North London before going to study Marine Biology at Portsmouth. Matthew was also able to study coral regrowth and sea turtle populations on a number of expeditions abroad. Where else could one hold a sea turtle securely to radar tag it?
After University, Matthew started his professional career working in one of the most successful departments within Harrods’ of London. There he developed his customer service skills building up his own portfolio of exclusive clients and breaking all records within the history of the department.
Matthew’s successful people skills persuaded him to pursue his dream of becoming a Secondary School Science teacher. Throughout his training, with his well-developed communication skills, he was exceptional at developing professional relationships with students within his care. He dedicated himself in all aspects of teaching, formally and informally.
With a wealth of knowledge in the education sector and first-hand experience in teaching, Matt hopes to provide the highest level of customer care.
Matthew is passionate about both education and conservation.

Stephanie Hodges
Stephanie was born in Bedford educated at Dame Alice Harpur School and then moved Sharnbrook Upper School to complete GCSE’s. After leaving school she worked in various customer service roles in the car and communication industries, she joined Humphrys Education in 2008 and also enrolled in a part time evening access to higher education course at Bedford College. On completion of this course she proceeded to the University of Bedfordshire and is currently part way through a nursing degree, also working part time with Humphrys Education and works occasional shifts as a home carer in Bedfordshire.
Stephanie enjoys keeping fit and previously played badminton and basketball to county level.

Vicki Bowden
Vicki was born in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk where she attended local schools achieving high A Level grades in Biology, Geography and English Literature. She then left to read Environmental Science (BSc) at Leeds University gaining a high 2.1 and was lucky enough to have the opportunity to travel to the US to take part in a formal study on ‘The Effects of Climate Change and the Retreating of Glaciers in the US’.
After leaving university Vicki worked in a few different industries from Media to NGOs before deciding to gain her PGCE in Secondary Education from the Institute of Education in London. She then went on to work as a Geography teacher in a variety of state schools around the UK, taking on many extra responsibilities including Marketing Officer and Charities Coordinator. Her most recent post was as Head of Department for Geography at a large State Secondary School in Hertfordshire managing a team of 4 individuals.
Alongside detailed knowledge of the UK education sector and years of first hand teaching experience, Vicki is also well travelled with a strong passion for education. Vicki’s outside interests include Netball playing for Harpenden Netball Club, Reading and the Theatre.
